Sugar City: Rocky Mountain Power will be completing scheduled substation maintenance resulting in a temporary power outage in the Sugar City area. Work is planned to begin at 11 p.m. tonight and continue up to 6 a.m. Residents who rely on medical equipment or have special needs requiring assistance may contact Madison Dispatch at 208-372-5001
