Phoenix Police is looking for 63-year-old white male Salvador Montenegro, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds. He has short gray hair and brown eyes. Salvador was last seen on Saturday, July 05, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the area of South 7th Avenue and West Baseline Road. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue shorts.
