A Silver Alert has been issued for Phoenix Arizona. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Phoenix Police Department is looking for James Hoover, a black male, 74 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 120 pounds with white hair, a white beard and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie over a blue t-shirt, jeans, black shoes with white soles. On November 4th, 2024, at 4:00 PM, James Hoover walked away from his home in the area of East Roosevelt Street and North 7th Street. He suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused and lost easily.
