The following IPAWS message is being sent on behalf of Skagit County Emergency Management. Skagit Ready Alert: Residents around Lyman and Hamilton GO for Immediate Evacuation. Historic flooding is occurring on the Skagit and Sauk Rivers. EVACUATE NOW. Roads may be closed due to high water, plan your route to high ground away from the river. DO NOT WAIT.
