Phoenix Police Department is looking for 76-year-old, Hispanic male Luis Alberto Avila. He is 5 feet 2 inches tall and 165 pounds, with white/grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen Tuesday, January 14, 2025, in the area of 99th Avenue and Camelback Road. He was wearing a jean jacket over a blue hoodie, blue jeans, and black shoes. Luis suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and is easily lost. Please contact Phoenix Police department with any information on Luis.
