Emery County Sheriff's Office: FLASH FLOOD WATCH in the San Rafael area beginning at noon on 09/04 and going until Sunday, 09/07. Flood waters can move swiftly and rise rapidly. Driving into flooded areas is extremely dangerous and may result in injury or death.
