Description

Per Minneapolis Police, armed suspect at large near 3500 block of Oliver Ave N. Suspect is a black male in his late teens with a med-to-large build and thick dreads. Residents in the immediate area are asked to shelter-in-place. Others are asked to avoid the area. If you see the suspect, call 911.
