Orange County declared a local state of emergency to address a water contamination issue in the Rapidan Service Authority's (RSA) Wilderness service area. RSA customers in the WTP water system were issued a "Do Not Use" order for tap water. Additional water supplies have been ordered for delivery on Thursday, August 22nd.
