A Silver Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Phoenix Police Department is looking for a white female; Melinda Devine, 56 years old, 5 foot 8 inches, 190 lbs., brown hair with green eyes. Melinda was last seen wearing a tan shirt, tan shorts, eyeglasses and carrying a red bag/purse. Melinda suffers from a medical condition which may cause her to appear confused. She left, on foot, from the area of South 48th Street and East Warner Road in Phoenix, AZ, Maricopa County today.
