A SAFE Alert has been issued for Peoria Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Peoria Police Department is looking for 32-year-old male Dylan Kirby. He is 5" 8" tall, 160 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, and last seen on foot wearing a white shirt and red shorts. He suffers from a medical condition and may become disoriented or easily confused.
