A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police Department is looking for a black male, Sebunyenyeri Munyangeri, 89-year-old, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and speaks Rohingya. He was last seen wearing a brown tweed cap, gray suit and black dress shoes. Mr. Munyangeri was last observed on foot on May 24th, 2026, at approximately 1300 hours, in the area of North 43rd Avenue and West Thomas Road. He is reported to have a medical condition that may cause confusion, raising concern for his safety and well-being.
