Missing child, Justin Phan, 14 year old Asian male. 5'5", 110 pounds. Last seen this morning, area of Bloomfield Street, headed towards Chatham Street, in Lynn. Wearing dark, possibly green, zippered hooded sweatshirt. Dark gray sweatpants, black backpack, black sneakers. Please check your yards, especially pools or water. Call Lynn Police 781-595-2000.
