A SAFE Alert has been issued for the Mesa Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Mesa Police Department is looking for a white male, Robert Cathey, 66-years-old, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has gray hair, a full gray beard, and unknown eye color. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and brown pants. Mr. Cathey was last seen on foot on July 14, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the 6600 block of East Baywood Avenue in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona. He has a medical condition that may cause confusion and is non-verbal.
