He is in the company of Andrew Gilbertson, a 32 year old Male, who is 6 Feet tall, weighing 160 pounds with brown hair, green eyes, wearing an army green sweatshirt with white lettering. They may be traveling in a 2008 White Ford F-150 with Washington License Plate C 8 3 8 3 1 N. Suspect forcibly took child from mother in the area of Overaa Road in Port Orchard, Washington.
