A SAFE Alert has been issued for Coconino County Sheriff's Office. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Coconino County Sheriff's Office is looking for a white female, Carolyn Legaspi-Cosper, 69 years-old, 5 foot 4 inches, 120 pounds, with gray and brown hair and green eyes. No clothing description was given for Carolyn. Carolyn was last seen picking up her mail on February 3rd in Ash Fork, Arizona, and it is believed she was at her residence on February 4th in West Wood Ranches, approximately 20 miles northwest of Ash Fork. Carolyn Legaspi-Cosper's vehicles have been accounted for, and it is believed she may have left the area of West Wood Ranches on foot. Carolyn uses a cane to assist her in walking.
