Description

OCSheriff: Gibby Fire update. Shelter in Place for Caspers Wilderness Park and Rancho Carrillo has been lifted as of 7:30PM. Persons in these areas no longer need to shelter in place. SR-74 (Ortega Hwy) remains closed from Avenida La Pata to Grand Ave in Lake Elsinore. Info: ocsheriff.gov/resources-during-disaster
