The State of Alabama has issued an Emergency BLUE Alert. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency asks for your assistance in locating Daniel Victor McCarn. McCarn may be traveling on foot and is believed to be a serious risk to the public. McCarn was last seen on July 26, 2025, at approximately 3 45 a m wearing a gray shirt, black shorts, and no shoes at the intersection of US Highway 72 and County Park Road in Scottsboro, Alabama.
