A Silver Alert has been issued for the Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Phoenix Police are looking for a 33-year-old, black female named Tiffany Shivers. She is 5'7" tall, weighs 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on foot in the area of 51st Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix. Tiffany was wearing a red shirt and dark gray, capri pants.
