A SAFE Alert has been issued for Tucson Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Tucson Police Department is looking for a black male, Eugene Willis, 79 years-old, 5 foot 7 inches, 130 pounds., with short gray hair and brown eyes. Eugene was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck logo, blue plaid pajama pants, and a black jacket. He was last seen on foot in the area of the 3200 block of Patricia Street, Tucson, Arizona, Pima County on 12/09/2025 at approximately 1100 hours. Eugene has a medical condition that can cause him to become easily confused and loss.
