Description

KEMA: Lowell may bring 2 to 4 ft of storm surge and destructive waves to the Kauai and Niihau south and west shores. Those in exposed oceanfront areas should act before conditions worsen. Weather conditions will deteriorate overnight. Leave single-story buildings for higher ground or inland or move to the 2nd floor or higher in a sturdy building.
