Buckeye Police Department is looking for a black male, Richard Guy, 68 years old, 5 foot 9 inches, 190 lbs., bald head with brown eyes. Richard was last seen on foot with an unknown clothing description in the area of Miller Road and Sunrise Road in the city of Buckeye, Arizona, Maricopa County on 08/18/2025.
