This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. A Silver Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. Phoenix Police Department is looking for a black male, Lemuel Bowleg, 90 years old, 5 foot 10 inches, 135 lbs., black hair with black eyes. Lemuel was last seen wearing a green Heineken T-shirt and grey pants and has a medical condition which may cause him to become lost or easily confused. He was last seen on foot in the area of North 12th Street and East Mountain View Road in Phoenix, Arizona, Maricopa County on 09/19/2025.
