City of Marshall: ICE STORM expected in Marshall and Harrison County beginning Friday 1/23 through 1/27. Expect travel to be dangerous. Ice can topple trees and power lines and can cut off power and communications. PREPARE by having non-perishable food and water on hand, charging your cell phone and backup batteries. Stay alert and observe weather warnings.
