He is described as an 85-year-old white male, five feet six inches tall, 150 pounds with white hair and brown eyes. Ascencion was last seen on Sunday 8/17/2025, in the area of Stapley Road and Main Street in Mesa, Arizona, wearing a red and black flannel jacket, black pants and glasses. He left his residence on foot in the middle of the night and suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to be lost and easily confused.
