American Red Cross will open a shelter at 5:30pm at King Kekaulike High School gymnasium. Enter via Haleakala Highway. Bring chairs, go bags, and other necessities. The temporary evacuation point through American Red Cross will close at 4:30pm. Roads are closed from mile marker 20 to 41 on Piilani Hwy.
