A SAFE Alert has been issued for Maricopa County. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police is looking for John Cottrell Watts last seen on foot near N 27th Ave and W Ocotillo wearing black / white/ brown hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
