A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Phoenix Police Department is looking for a black female, Catherine Opuroku, 71 years-old, 5 foot 0 inches, 140 pounds, with gray hair and black eyes. Catherine was last seen wearing a white blouse, black skirt, and a medical ID bracelet. She was last seen in the area of 29th Street and Union Hills Drive in Phoenix, Arizona, Maricopa County on 02/15/2026 at approximately 10:00 A.M. Catherine has a medical condition that can cause her to become easily confused.
