This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. A Silver Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. Phoenix Police Department is looking for Winthrop Whitaker, a 76 year old white male, last seen on foot wearing a dark colored shirt, dark shorts and sandals.
