Franklin County 9-1-1: MISSING VULNERABLE ADULT. John "Jack" Miller, 90 yr-old white male, may be disoriented & in need of medical attention. Last seen 9/18/25 wearing flannel shirt, sweatpants, red hat, traveling south on State Rt 30, Malone, operating a 2016 light green Subaru, NY plates-KNW7330. IF SEEN, immediately call 9-1-1, or New York State Police.
