Columbia Police - Barricaded subject near Fyfer Place and E Broadway. If you are in the immediate area, SHELTER IN PLACE and stay indoors. Everyone else, AVOID THE AREA. E Broadway is closed from S Ann Street to S Old Highway 63. Do not enter the area. Call 911 for emergencies.
