NYS Police: Police are searching for armed and dangerous homicide suspect, Thomas David Ryan, in the Schoharie/Otsego/Greene County area. Thomas Ryan is wearing a black or dark blue shirt with black sweatpants, 33 years old, 6 foot 2 inches, 200 pounds, with a beard/facial hair. If seen, DO NOT APPROACH.
