Due to coastal flooding concerns a voluntary evacuation ordered for the Town of Bowers east of Whitwell Delight Road. Those needing safe refuge can seek shelter at the Magnolia Fire Co, 2 North Main St. Any questions please contact Kent County EOC at 302-735-3465.
