Gasconade county winter weather advisory for extreme cold, and snow fall. Shelter in place. Day time Warming shelters are 911 center, Owensville and Hermann libraries. First Baptist church, Walmart and Senior centers. Hermann community center. Provide shelter for your pets. Police and Fire departments have been provided blankets. Call 911 for Emergencies.
