Phoenix Police Department is looking for Liberty Nicole Salazar, Native American female, 23 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Liberty was last seen on Thursday, 9/18/2025, in the area of North 4th Street and East Taro Lane on foot. Liberty was last seen wearing a black shirt, black leggings and white Converse shoes. Liberty suffers a medical condition which without prescribed medication she may become disoriented and easily lost.
