On Saturday, 12 April 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM, Richard was last known to be operating his black 2008 Cadillac SRX bearing Arizona license plate ADK8830. He was last seen wearing a red plaid shirt, dark color pants, and unknown color/style shoes. He is described as an 86-year-old white male being approximately 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds. He had gray hair and blue eyes. Richard suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to become confused and easily lost.
