Description

From the New Jersey State Police. The City of Newark has declared a curfew within a 1/2-mile radius of Delaney Hall. The curfew takes effect in 15 minutes, at 9:00 pm, and remains in effect until 6:00 am. All members of the media must CLEARLY display their verified credentials and must not violate any other municipal ordinance or state law.
