A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police Department is looking for a black male, Toney Hemingway, 69-years-old, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt with black pants. Mr. Hemingway was last observed on July 1st, 2026, at approximately 1130 hours, in the area of 46th Street and Hubbell Street in Phoenix, Arizona, Maricopa County. He is reported to have a medical condition that may cause confusion, raising concern for his safety and well-being.
