She is described as a white female, five feet three inches tall, 161 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. Ruth was last seen on Friday, June 26th, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. in the area of South Clark Road and Deuce of Clubs Avenue driving a white 2009 Honda Civic two door coupe with California license plate of 6HUR796.
