This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. A SAFE Alert has been issued for Pima County. The Tucson Police Department is looking for 20 year old Joseph Andrew Gantner. Joseph is a white male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Joseph was last seen at 2230 hours on 11/10/25 on foot near East Broadway Blvd and North Wilmot Road. It is not known what he was wearing and he has no vehicle and does not have his cell phone. Joseph suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become disoriented or easily confused.
