On Monday, September 16, 2024, at 2 pm, the evacuation WARNING for the Phelan area from Phelan Road south to Lytle Creek and Tumbleweed Road west to Beekley Rd has been lifted. Please drive safe. Emergency personnel are still actively working in the area.
