Description

HEISE / GREATER KELLY CANYON - SET: Active flooding is occurring along S Snake River Rd through Heise and in Greater Kelly Canyon after recent fire. Burned, unstable ground creates risk of washouts and land movement. Drainage-area residents are strongly urged to LEAVE NOW. Others remain in SET. Never cross floodwater; be ready to leave quickly if ordered.
