Due to major gas leak at Interstate 2 and Sugar Road in Pharr, both main lanes and frontage roads from Cage Blvd to Jackson Road are closed. Traffic in the affected areas will be rerouted, and detours are in place to aid in traffic flow. We urge the public to avoid this area if possible. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
