The Rapides Parish Communications District has issued a 911 Telephone Outage Emergency for all of Rapides Parish beginning at approx. 1330 hours on September 25, 2025. Rapides Parish is currently experienced a lose of service impacting customers using wireless, wireline and VOIP, this includes the ability to dial 911. Contact local PD is assistance is needed
