A female suspect was involved in a pursuit involving three neighboring law enforcement agencies. During the pursuit, the suspect drove at extremely high speeds and was ultimately able to evade law enforcement. This morning, the same vehicle involved in the pursuit was located concealed behind a wind turbine near 560th Ave. and 890th St. The driver, a 40 year old female from Wisconsin, was not inside the vehicle but was later observed walking into a nearby cornfield and was wearing all dark clothing and a dark colored backpack. Law enforcement established a perimeter and conducted an extensive search using K-9s and drones, but she has not been located. Due to the warm temperatures and the fact that her vehicle has been towed, law enforcement believes she may eventually leave the area on foot and may attempt to obtain help or transportation. Residents in the area are asked to take the following precautions: LOCK YOUR HOME AND GARAGE DOORS, even if you are only stepping outside briefly. LOCK YOUR VEHICLES and do not leave keys or key fobs inside unattended vehicles. Be alert for anyone walking in the surrounding area. If you see her or observe suspicious activity, call 911 immediately. Provide dispatchers with your location, the direction she is traveling, and a description of the individual if you can do so safely. The female is believed to have a history of mental-health concerns. This information is being provided so residents understand the circumstances and can help law enforcement safely locate her. Residents are encouraged to share this message with neighbors, family members, and others who may be in the affected area.</description><instruction></instruction><parameter><valueName>EAS-ORG</valueName><value>CIV</value></parameter><parameter><valueName>timezone</valueName><value>CDT</value></parameter><parameter><valueName>BLOCKCHANNEL</valueName><value>NWEM</value></parameter><parameter><valueName>BLOCKCHANNEL</valueName><value>EAS</value></parameter><parameter><valueName>WEAHandling</valueName><value>Public Safety</value></parameter><parameter><valueName>CMAMtext</valueName><value>Be on the look out</value></parameter><parameter><valueName>CMAMlongtext</valueName><value>Law enforcement is asking residents in the area of 560th St and 890th Ave in Kimball Township to remain alert following an incident that occurred this AM.
